Mix 40 'HC Container
Buying a 40' FCL is cheaper, not only due to freight factor, but also due to fixed cost, both at our end and at the
destination. As such, we are offer a mixed 40' container in the following
Delivery time
Deliveries are always on time. We take pride that we have always delivered all our consignments on time and
have never asked our customers for an extension of letter of credit.
Delivery time for batch dyed yarns or a 40' HC mix container: Letter of credit should specify dispatch time of
60 days, while we normally dispatch within 45 days
Delivery time for dope dyed yarns: Letter of credit should specify dispatch time of 45 days, while we normally
dispatch within 30 days

Polyester Texturised shade orders are based on either
Delivery time of counter samples:
Counter samples shall be dispatch by courier to you for approval, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the
same at our end
Intermingling
We offer both Non Intermingled and Intermingled Yarns
Low Intermingled (LIM) in used in Knitting.
Intermingled yarns (IM) are suitable for warp in weaving of narrow fabrics, curtain fabrics/ blinds, upholstery
fabrics, etc..
Heavy Intermingled (HIM) have the same number of nips as our Intermingled yarns. They differ only in the
intensity of nips.
Packing
Batch dyed yarns: Net weight per cone is normally 1.35 Kg +/- 135 grams. There may be a few small cones in a
batch, not meeting the above specification. To ensure that dispatch of small cones is kept to a minimum or NIL
in most cases, segregation of uneven cones is done after texturising, twisting and soft winding, but before
the dyeing stage.
Dope Dyed (DD): Net weight per cone is normally 5.00 Kg +/- 500 grams. In our regular running deniers, we
do not export small size cones. However, certain denier like 300/3 RW /DD, 300/2 DDW, 450Dn etc, there
would be small size cones not meeting the above specification
Further, for easy segregation at our customer's end
1. We use different color cones for different denier / batch
2. Box are color label for different denier and have continuous numbering for each batch / denier / lot

- Dyed to match. Polyester textured batch dyed yarns are normally dyed to match. Please send us yarn
swatches for us to match at same at our end. Our matching is excellent and meet your expectations.
