2. Dye lots: 215 kg, 430 Kg and 1000 kg
3. Computerised Dye control system
4. Spectro reading for colour continuity
5. Type of Dyestuff: Reactive, VAT and disperse
6. Dyestuff used: Procion "HE' Dyes
Packing type
1. Cones 5'57' Cones weighing 1 Kg
2. Carton: 32 cones per carton
3. 20' FCL - 6000 Kg
4. 40' FCL - 12000 Kg
Order Procedure
1. Chose shade as per shade card or quote pantone reference number and place order along with letter of credit or
2. Send yarn swatch or fabrics swatch for shade matching. Fabric swatch should be minimum 2 cm * 2 cm.
3. We shall send you lap dips for approval with options within 15 days from date of receipt of samples at our end.
4. Approve lap dip.
5. Place order and arrange Letter of credit
6. Reorder by shade number and lot number as we maintain a formal colour continuity library
